By choosing to place an order un-tracked you take responsibility for an item being undelivered, as long as we are able to provide proof of postage.

14 day returns are offered to those who have received damaged or faulty items, we can offer refunds to those who have received this type of issue. Our items, are ALL checked at our warehouse (based in the UK) so it is very unlikely that you will receive a faulty item. If you have received a faulty product, make sure to provide photo evidence of the damages. Damage to any products are caused during the shipping process, not before being shipped out to you.
